Late and No-Show Policy
Cancellation and no-show policy:
- In order to keep our schedules on time, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to deny services and ask you to reschedule.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not call to cancel, we reserve the right to charge a 50% deposit on any following appointments you may have.
To ensure the safety of every client, please make sure to stay with them for the entire duration of their appointment if they require assistance. This helps maintain a secure and supportive environment for everyone involved.
